Welcome to the law firm Lubov Zelinsky-Zunik in Munich, founded in 2009. We work all over Germany. Over the years, we represent the citizens of Russia, Germany, Austria and Switzerland at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. One of the peculiarities of our advocacy services is that we cooperate with qualified tax advisers, lawyers and auditors not only inside the country, but also abroad. The owner of the law firm Lyubov Zelinsky-Zunik is a member of the Munich Lawyer chamber since 2009 and the Medical Law Society in Berlin. Graduated from the Lomonossow-Universität Moskau, the Faculty of Law (1999), the Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg, Germany, the Faculty of Law (2007) and the Medical Law Faculty (2009). She has the qualifications of a master of medicine and vast experience in cases concerning the rights of a patient in Germany. Lubov Zelinsky-Zunik is a qualified Russian-speaking lawyer in Germany and provides advice on a wide range of legal issues. Its competence includes consultations and transaction support (purchase of real estate in Germany, business and opening of a company in Germany, obtaining a residence permit), extrajudicial representation, protection of client's interests in judicial instances, protection in criminal proceedings.

Prices for the services of a lawyer
The exact amount of the lawyer's services is established by the client and the lawyer before the conclusion of a written contract. In cases where the amount of work can not be determined initially, usually hourly payment (1 hour of work costs 250 - 350 euros depending on the complexity of the case).
ATTENTION: the lawyer does not work under condition of payment of services by the state (Prozesskostenhilfe).
